We use the details you send us to discuss your enquiry and respond to you.
What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and message. Please include only information needed to discuss your project.
Who handles it
When you send an enquiry, your browser sends it directly to Web3Forms, which delivers it to the studio by email. It does not pass through this website's own servers. Cloudflare hosts this website. Sanity supplies the website content; form messages are not stored in Sanity. These service providers may process information outside India. We do not sell your enquiry details or use them for unsolicited marketing.
How long we keep it
For enquiries that do not become projects, the studio deletes the enquiry correspondence within 12 months of the last contact. If you become a client, project records are handled separately as part of our working relationship and any applicable record-keeping obligations.
This website keeps no copy of your enquiry. Web3Forms handles spam filtering and may retain its own records of submissions under its privacy policy, as may the studio's email provider once the message is delivered.
Your requests
To ask about, correct or delete your enquiry information, email [email protected]. The studio may need to confirm that the request is yours.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies or advertising. To understand how the site is used and how quickly it loads, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is provided by our hosting company. Cloudflare describes it as privacy-first: it does not set cookies or use local storage, and it does not identify or track individual visitors across websites. It records aggregate information such as the pages viewed, the referring website, the type of browser and device, the visitor's country, and page loading times. Our hosting provider may also process technical request information to operate and secure the service. External links lead to websites with their own privacy policies.
When opening films play, video files may be delivered by Mux. Like our other media providers, it receives technical request information needed to deliver the file. This website does not load Mux visitor analytics scripts.
Some Press articles open a publisher's website inside a reading panel. The publisher's page loads only when you open that article and may use its own cookies, advertising or analytics under its privacy policy. BTL-managed article versions are served as part of this website.
